RestaurantBrand began in 2018 with a simple dream: to create a place where people could experience the warmth and authenticity of a family meal, combined with the sophistication of world-class cuisine.

Chef Marco Rossi grew up in a small village in Tuscany, where his grandmother taught him that cooking is an act of love. After training in Italy, Japan, and New York, he brought those diverse influences home, creating a menu that celebrates tradition while embracing innovation.
